Weak Hero Class 1

Weak Hero Class 1 is about Yeon Si-eun, a smart student who might seem fragile but is actually pretty tough when it comes to dealing with bullying and school violence. At first, he just wants to focus on his studies, but he ends up forming an unexpected friendship with 2 other students, An Su-ho and Oh Beom-seok. Together, they help Si-eun survive the danger he is in. The drama mixes themes like loyalty, friendship and power dynamics with crazy fight scenes. There are also emotional scenes in this drama, which make it both exciting but sad to watch. It definitely makes you hooked from start to finish. 

My opinion:

This drama is one of my favorites. I loved the friendship between Si-eun and Su-ho. They were so loyal omg. The way Si-eun changed and started trusting his friends was nice to see. But that boy Beom-seok really annoyed me. His past trauma's and his bad family bond all had a roll in this but he had no reason to do what he did. He was just weak but wanted to come off as strong. He got jealous and angry over NOTHING. I also wanna talk about Park Ji-hoon's acting skills. The way he screamed at everyone in the last episode was so intense. There was one thing that scared me, and that was Si-eun's pen. I loved Si-eun but his pen was intimidating. It was a good tool to defend himself, but every time I heard that click, I got nervous lmao. I also really enjoyed this K-drama because of the fighting scenes. They were well-done and realistic. I really really hope there will be a season 2 of this drama and that my boy Su-ho will be there. I don't expect Beom-seok to be there in S2, which is probably what all of us don't want anyways.  

My favorite character was Su-ho, because he's handsome, strong, funny and he cared about his friends. He made people feel comfortable and protected them. He had such a pure soul but it didn't end up rightfully for him. 

Do I recommend this drama?

YES. It is soooo good. It feels so good seeing their friendship develop, it genuinely made me happy. The chemistry between Si-eun and Su-ho is amazing, and you can really feel their bond growing stronger with each episode.
